Vortex Films is a CGI, VFX and post-production studio in Bangalore, India. This page explains what information we collect through vortexfilms.in and our internal tools, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company or brand, project type, timeline, budget range and message. When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send.

Framer, which hosts this website, records basic visit statistics such as pages viewed and approximate country. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, plan your project and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio, such as our website host and email provider.

Google user data

Vortex X01 Backup is an internal tool that Vortex Films uses to back up the studio's own files to Google Drive. Only Vortex Films' own Google account signs in to it. It reads and writes files in that Drive for backup and does not access anyone else's Google account. We do not share Google user data with anyone or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project correspondence for as long as we need them for the project and our business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to connect@vortexfilms.in.
